  • All physical products are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For within the UK.

  • Delivery times are estimated: typically 2–3 business days.

  • A signature is required on delivery to ensure safe receipt.

European Shipping

  • Physical products are shipped to Europe via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

  • Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3–5 working days.

  • Actual delivery times may take up to 2 weeks due to customs processing or other delays.

  • Customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or VAT.

  • A signature is required on delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Flat-Rate Shipping & Packaging
All shipping rates are flat-rate and include the cost of packaging, handling, and processing your order. Actual postage costs may be less than the flat rate charged; the difference is included to cover packaging and handling.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
